Our commitment

Portal is committed to making our platform usable by people with a wide range of abilities. We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility practices, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation support, sufficient color contrast in default themes, and descriptive labels on interactive controls.

Public venue sites

Workspace owners can customize colors, fonts, and layout on their public sites. Custom themes may affect contrast or readability. If you encounter barriers on a specific venue site, contact that venue directly — they control their published branding and content.

Known limitations

Some third-party components (such as embedded maps, payment flows, or authentication screens) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We work to choose accessible providers and welcome feedback on areas that need improvement.
